Davenham & Bostock

Davenham and Bostock is the largest of the three parishes, with the main village sitting south of the A556, east of the River Weaver and west of the Davenham bypass.

Stretching to Whatcroft, Davenham is home to two pubs, a farm shop, two coffee shops, two restaurants, and more, and the church was mentioned in the Doomsday Book.

Davenham's biggest claim to fame is the now-defunct football team that played at The Oddfellows Arms, and reached the final of the Welsh FA Cup.
